真空及空氣中金屬絲電爆炸特性研究

【摘要】:開展了鋁絲在真空和空氣環(huán)境中的電爆炸特性研究.從金屬絲電爆炸的電壓、電流波形得到了金屬絲內(nèi)的沉積能量,并基于以上電參數(shù)特征分析了電爆炸產(chǎn)物的狀態(tài),獲得了空氣中鋁絲電爆炸電流暫停時(shí)間隨初級(jí)儲(chǔ)能電容充電電壓的變化規(guī)律.真空和空氣中鋁絲電爆炸在電壓擊穿時(shí)刻的沉積能量分別為2.8和6 eV/atom.采用波長為532 nm、亞納秒激光探針對金屬絲電爆炸物理過程開展了高時(shí)空分辨率的陰影和紋影診斷.陰影圖像清晰地展示了不同氣氛環(huán)境中高密度電爆炸產(chǎn)物的膨脹過程,根據(jù)光學(xué)診斷圖像分析了高密度絲核沉積能量的結(jié)構(gòu)和空氣中鋁絲電爆炸產(chǎn)生的激波的膨脹軌跡.真空和空氣環(huán)境中高密度電爆炸產(chǎn)物的平均膨脹速度分別為1.9和3 km/s.基于實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)和輸運(yùn)參數(shù)模型,估算了金屬絲在電壓擊穿時(shí)刻的溫度.
[Abstract]:The electrical explosion characteristics of aluminum wire in vacuum and air environment were studied. The deposition energy in the wire is obtained from the voltage and current waveform of the electric explosion of the wire, and the state of the electric explosion product is analyzed based on the characteristics of the above electrical parameters. The change of electric explosion current pause time of aluminum wire in air with the charge voltage of primary energy storage capacitor is obtained. The deposition energy of electric explosion of aluminum wire in vacuum and air at voltage breakdown time is 2.8 and 6 EV / atom, respectively. High temporal and spatial resolution shadow and schlieren diagnosis have been carried out by using a subnanosecond laser probe at wavelength of 532 nm for the physical process of electrical explosion of metal wire. The shadow images clearly show the expansion process of the high density electrical explosion products in different atmosphere. According to the optical diagnostic images, the structure of the high density wire nuclear deposition energy and the expansion track of the shock wave caused by the aluminum wire electric explosion in the air are analyzed. The average expansion rates of the high density electrical explosion products in vacuum and air environment are 1.9 and 3 km / s, respectively. Based on experimental data and transport parameter model, the temperature of wire at voltage breakdown time is estimated.
