【摘要】:概述了Mn-Al系第3代汽車用中錳鋼的研究現(xiàn)狀,介紹了已開發(fā)的Mn-Al系中錳鋼的化學(xué)成分及其設(shè)計(jì)依據(jù),分析了不同合金對(duì)Mn-Al系中錳鋼組織和性能的影響,揭示了中錳鋼的高強(qiáng)度高塑性和高加工硬化率的形成機(jī)制,并討論了Mn-Al系中錳鋼的退火組織和力學(xué)性能。
[Abstract]:The research status of the third generation medium manganese steel for automobile in Mn-Al system is summarized. The chemical composition and design basis of the developed medium manganese steel in Mn-Al system are introduced. The effect of different alloys on the structure and properties of middle manganese steel in Mn-Al system is analyzed. The formation mechanism of high strength, high plasticity and high work hardening rate of medium manganese steel was revealed, and the annealing microstructure and mechanical properties of Mn-Al medium manganese steel were discussed.
