【摘要】:采用內鑲測溫偶原位測量的方法測定了AZ31B鎂合金在不同軋制工藝條件下的溫度變化過程。結果表明:整個溫度變化過程分為變形過程(0.02~0.08 s)和溫度均勻過程(0.8~1.2 s)。這2個階段的溫升值都與壓下量正相關,而與初軋溫度反相關。在200℃下45%壓下量軋制時兩溫升值分別達到80和35℃。在此基礎上建立經驗公式來預測溫升。變形熱引起的溫升效應顯著影響軋板的組織和再結晶行為。
[Abstract]:The temperature change process of AZ31B magnesium alloy under different rolling conditions was measured by in-situ measurement with inlay temperature couple. The results show that the whole process of temperature variation can be divided into two parts: the deformation process is 0.02 ~ 0.08 s) and the temperature homogenization process is 0.8 ~ (1.2) s ~ (-1). The temperature appreciation of these two stages is positively correlated with the reduction and inversely with the rolling temperature. The two temperature rise values reached 80 鈩,
