38CrMoAl液壓柱塞無(wú)白亮層低溫離子滲氮工藝研究

【摘要】:對(duì)38Cr Mo Al液壓柱塞進(jìn)行低溫離子滲氮,研究不形成白亮層的工藝條件。采用金相顯微鏡、X射線衍射儀、顯微硬度計(jì)、摩擦磨損試驗(yàn)機(jī)對(duì)處理后的38Cr Mo Al鋼顯微組織、截面硬度、滲層脆性、耐磨性進(jìn)行了分析。研究結(jié)果表明,相比于510℃常規(guī)離子滲氮工藝,38Cr Mo Al鋼經(jīng)450℃低溫離子滲氮工藝處理后無(wú)白亮層產(chǎn)生,X射線衍射分析表明表層無(wú)γ'-Fe4N相生成。同時(shí),38Cr Mo Al鋼經(jīng)450℃低溫離子滲氮工藝處理后,不僅截面硬度滿足使用要求,而且滲層脆性顯著降低,壓痕周?chē)鶡o(wú)裂紋產(chǎn)生。耐磨性研究表明,在較大載荷下,450℃低溫離子滲氮后耐磨性比510℃常規(guī)離子滲氮好。
[Abstract]:The low temperature ion nitriding of 38Cr Mo-Al hydraulic plunger was studied. The microstructure, cross section hardness, embrittlement and wear resistance of treated 38Cr Mo-Al steel were analyzed by means of X-ray diffractometer, microhardness tester and friction and wear tester.
