高強(qiáng)韌鑄態(tài)球墨鑄鐵技術(shù)研究及應(yīng)用

【摘要】:市場(chǎng)對(duì)汽車(chē)零件材質(zhì)的強(qiáng)度、伸長(zhǎng)率等指標(biāo)要求越來(lái)越高,因此需要不斷提升材料性能。通過(guò)加入Si C、增碳劑及各種合金元素進(jìn)行熔煉,獲得高質(zhì)量原鐵液,再通過(guò)高強(qiáng)度孕育處理獲得高強(qiáng)度、高伸長(zhǎng)率的鑄態(tài)球墨鑄鐵。在發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)曲軸的鑄造生產(chǎn)上應(yīng)用該技術(shù),可以穩(wěn)定產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,減輕勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度,降低能耗和生產(chǎn)成本,縮短生產(chǎn)周期。
[Abstract]:The market demands the strength and elongation of automobile parts more and more, so it is necessary to improve the properties of materials. High quality raw iron was obtained by adding sic, carbonizing agent and various alloy elements, and then high strength and high elongation ductile cast iron was obtained through high strength inoculation. The application of this technology in the casting production of engine crankshaft can stabilize the product quality, reduce the labor intensity, reduce the energy consumption and production cost, and shorten the production cycle.
