高強韌鑄態(tài)球墨鑄鐵技術(shù)研究及應用

【摘要】:市場對汽車零件材質(zhì)的強度、伸長率等指標要求越來越高,因此需要不斷提升材料性能。通過加入Si C、增碳劑及各種合金元素進行熔煉,獲得高質(zhì)量原鐵液,再通過高強度孕育處理獲得高強度、高伸長率的鑄態(tài)球墨鑄鐵。在發(fā)動機曲軸的鑄造生產(chǎn)上應用該技術(shù),可以穩(wěn)定產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,減輕勞動強度,降低能耗和生產(chǎn)成本,縮短生產(chǎn)周期。
[Abstract]:The market demands the strength and elongation of automobile parts more and more, so it is necessary to improve the properties of materials. High quality raw iron was obtained by adding sic, carbonizing agent and various alloy elements, and then high strength and high elongation ductile cast iron was obtained through high strength inoculation. The application of this technology in the casting production of engine crankshaft can stabilize the product quality, reduce the labor intensity, reduce the energy consumption and production cost, and shorten the production cycle.
