【摘要】：鎂合金由于具有優(yōu)異的性能受到研究者的關(guān)注和重視,但易腐蝕的特性嚴(yán)重制約了其工程應(yīng)用,故需采取合適的手段增強(qiáng)其耐蝕性。水滑石膜具有良好的離子交換性及物理屏障作用,近年來在鎂合金表面改性方面逐步得到發(fā)展。介紹了多種鎂合金表面水滑石膜層的制備工藝及其成膜原理,初步探討了其在腐蝕環(huán)境下的耐蝕機(jī)制,并詳述了幾種進(jìn)一步提高水滑石膜質(zhì)量的改性方法及原理,展望了未來研究的工作重點和發(fā)展方向。
[Abstract]:Magnesium alloys have attracted much attention due to their excellent properties, but their engineering applications are seriously restricted by their corrosion-prone properties. Therefore, appropriate measures should be taken to enhance their corrosion resistance. Hydrotalcite film has good ion exchange property and physical barrier, and has been developed gradually in the field of magnesium alloy surface modification in recent years. The preparation process and the principle of hydrotalcite film on various magnesium alloys are introduced. The corrosion resistance mechanism of hydrotalcite film under corrosion environment is preliminarily discussed, and several modification methods and principles for improving the quality of hydrotalcite film are described in detail. The emphasis and development of the future research are prospected.
