稀土元素對高速鋼組織和性能的影響

【摘要】:概述了稀土元素在高速鋼中凈化晶界、固溶強化、改善碳化物等作用的研究現(xiàn)狀,闡述了其相應(yīng)的作用機制;著重介紹了稀土元素對高速鋼組織和性能的影響,主要包括:稀土元素參與形成氧硫化物的過程,稀土元素與其他元素相互作用實現(xiàn)高速鋼微合金化,凈化晶界,細化晶粒以及稀土元素改善高速鋼中碳化物形貌、尺寸與含量。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),過量添加稀土元素會使鋼中夾雜物增多,影響高速鋼的性能,針對目前存在的問題,對稀土元素的引入方式以及含量進行了討論,并對在粉末冶金高速鋼中引入稀土元素的方式提出進一步展望。
[Abstract]:The research status of rare earth elements in high speed steel (HSS) for purifying grain boundaries, strengthening solid solution, improving carbides and so on is summarized, and its corresponding mechanism is expounded, and the effect of REE on microstructure and properties of HSS is emphatically introduced. The main contents include: rare earth elements participate in the formation of oxygen sulfide, rare earth elements interact with other elements to achieve high speed steel microalloying, purify grain boundaries, refine grains and rare earth elements to improve the morphology, size and content of carbide in high speed steel. It is found that excessive addition of rare earth elements will increase inclusions in steel and affect the properties of high speed steel. In view of the existing problems, the method of introducing rare earth elements and the content of rare earth elements are discussed. The further prospect of introducing rare earth elements into powder metallurgy high speed steel is put forward.
