木薯淀粉接枝共聚物在HCl溶液中對(duì)Al的緩蝕性能研究

【摘要】:采用失重法、開路電位(OCP)-時(shí)間曲線、動(dòng)電位極化曲線、電化學(xué)阻抗譜(EIS)和掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)研究了木薯淀粉接枝共聚物(CSGC)在1.0 mol/L HCl溶液中對(duì)Al的緩蝕性能。結(jié)果表明:CSGC對(duì)Al具有良好的緩蝕作用,當(dāng)用量僅為50 mg/L時(shí)緩蝕率可高達(dá)90%以上,且在鋁表面的吸附符合Langmuir吸附等溫式;極化曲線表明CSGC為抑制陰極為主的混合抑制型緩蝕劑;EIS譜在高頻區(qū)呈容抗弧,在低頻區(qū)亦出現(xiàn)大段感抗弧,阻抗值隨緩蝕劑濃度的增加而增大。SEM表明添加CSGC后Al表面的腐蝕程度會(huì)顯著降低。
[Abstract]:The corrosion inhibition of cassava starch grafted copolymer (mol/L HCl) on Al in 1.0 mol/L HCl solution was studied by weightlessness method, open-circuit potential OCP-time curve, potentiodynamic polarization curve, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results show that the corrosion inhibition of Al is good when the dosage is only 50 mg/L. The corrosion inhibition rate is over 90%, and the adsorption on the aluminum surface accords with the Langmuir adsorption isotherm. The polarization curves showed that the CSGC spectrum of the mixed corrosion inhibitor mainly inhibited cathodes was capacitive arc in the high frequency region and a large segment of the inductive arc in the low frequency region. The impedance value increases with the increase of inhibitor concentration. SEM shows that the corrosion degree of Al surface decreases significantly with the addition of CSGC.
