等溫溫度對(duì)9SiCr熱軋鋼板球化退火組織和硬度的影響

【摘要】:對(duì)9Si Cr熱軋鋼板進(jìn)行了4種不同工藝的等溫球化退火試驗(yàn),研究了等溫溫度對(duì)鋼板球化組織和硬度的影響。結(jié)果表明,等溫溫度過(guò)高或過(guò)低,都不利于碳化物的球化,等溫溫度為720℃時(shí),退火后組織中片狀珠光體消失,細(xì)小的球狀碳化物均勻分布在鐵素體基體上,且硬度最低。9Si Cr熱軋鋼板的等溫球化退火溫度應(yīng)是720℃。
[Abstract]:The isothermal spheroidization annealing tests of 9Si Cr hot rolled steel sheet were carried out in four different processes. The effect of isothermal temperature on the spheroidization microstructure and hardness of the steel plate was studied.
