深冷處理對(duì)冷作模具鋼SDC99組織及性能的影響

【摘要】:對(duì)經(jīng)不同深冷處理工藝的Cr8型冷作模具鋼SDC99進(jìn)行了硬度、沖擊韌性、摩擦磨損性能測(cè)試,并用SEM、XRD、TEM分析了其相組成及顯微組織。結(jié)果表明,深冷處理使SDC99鋼硬度提高,沖擊韌性降低,耐磨性提高,1030℃淬火+210℃×2 h回火+(-196℃×24 h)深冷處理+210℃×2 h回火可使SDC99鋼獲得最優(yōu)的綜合使用性能,其磨損體積較常規(guī)熱處理工藝減少23.6%。SDC99鋼性能提升的主要原因是深冷處理使亞穩(wěn)態(tài)的塊狀殘留奧氏體轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)轳R氏體及薄膜狀殘留奧氏體,深冷處理后殘留奧氏體體積分?jǐn)?shù)由常規(guī)熱處理的17.2%下降至5.5%~10.5%,但并未完全轉(zhuǎn)變。薄膜狀殘留奧氏體分布于孿晶馬氏體及二次碳化物的邊界處,松弛應(yīng)力集中,防止微裂紋的產(chǎn)生,因而改善了材料的綜合性能。
[Abstract]:The hardness, impact toughness, friction and wear properties of Cr8 cold working die steel SDC99 treated by different cryogenic treatment process were tested. The phase composition and microstructure of the steel were analyzed by means of SEM XRDI TEM. The results show that the hardness, impact toughness and wear resistance of SDC99 steel are increased by cryogenic treatment, and the wear resistance is improved by quenching at 1030 鈩,
