熱障涂層的制備及熱震性能

【摘要】:采用電火花沉積+微弧氧化的方法在GH4169合金表面制備ZrO_2/NiCrAlY涂層,制備過(guò)程為:采用電火花沉積技術(shù)在GH4169基體表面先沉積厚度為250μm的NiCrAlY涂層,再沉積厚度為150μm的Zr涂層,最后通過(guò)微弧氧化的方法將Zr涂層氧化成ZrO_2涂層,從而得到ZrO_2/NiCrAlY涂層。采用Qauta 200F型場(chǎng)發(fā)射掃描電鏡觀察涂層的顯微組織和形貌,研究ZrO_2/NiCrAlY涂層在不同溫度下的熱震性能,結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)熱震溫度分別為750℃,850℃,950℃時(shí),熱震失效次數(shù)分別為51次、32次和19次,涂層的熱震性能良好。
[Abstract]:ZrO_2/NiCrAlY coatings were prepared on the surface of GH4169 alloy by micro-arc oxidation by EDM deposition. The preparation process was as follows: the NiCrAlY coating with 250 渭 m thickness and Zr coating with 150 渭 m thickness was deposited on the GH4169 substrate by EDM technique. Finally, Zr coating was oxidized to ZrO_2 coating by micro-arc oxidation, and ZrO_2/NiCrAlY coating was obtained. The microstructure and morphology of the coating were observed by Qauta 200F field emission scanning electron microscope. The thermal shock properties of the ZrO_2/NiCrAlY coating at different temperatures were studied. The results showed that the thermal shock temperature was 750 鈩,
