熱處理對(duì)AISI4340鋼臨界點(diǎn)及CCT曲線的影響

【摘要】:采用熱膨脹法測定了AISI4340鋼的固態(tài)相變點(diǎn),觀察了組織和硬度,研究了不同熱處理狀態(tài)對(duì)臨界點(diǎn)和奧氏體連續(xù)冷卻轉(zhuǎn)變曲線(CCT曲線)的影響。結(jié)果表明,試驗(yàn)鋼具有較好的淬透性,冷速為0.03℃/s時(shí)得到單一貝氏體組織,冷速為0.03~0.78℃/s之間得到馬氏體和貝氏體混合組織,冷速大于0.78℃/s時(shí)相變組織都為馬氏體。不同熱處理狀態(tài)對(duì)ATSI4340鋼的A_(c1)、A_(c3)有影響,而CCT曲線沒有明顯差別。彌散分布、介穩(wěn)定的組織具有較低的A_(c1),原始組織對(duì)A_(c1)的影響比A_(c3)大。
[Abstract]:The solid phase transformation point of AISI4340 steel was measured by thermal expansion method. The microstructure and hardness were observed. The effects of different heat treatment conditions on the critical point and the continuous cooling transformation curve of austenite were studied. The results show that the test steel has good hardenability, and the single bainite structure is obtained at the cooling rate of 0.03 鈩,
