螺旋錐齒輪端銑加工刀位計(jì)算方法(英文)

【摘要】:針對(duì)螺旋錐齒輪在數(shù)控加工中心上加工效率低的問(wèn)題,提出利用盤狀銑刀對(duì)螺旋錐齒輪進(jìn)行端銑的加工方法。由螺旋錐齒輪齒面及刀具的幾何特征,調(diào)整銑刀與被加工齒面的相對(duì)位置,使齒面與刀具包絡(luò)面的法截面相對(duì)法曲率最小,增大切削帶寬,同時(shí)控制刀軸矢量調(diào)整切削深度避免加工干涉。最后將規(guī)劃的加工刀位轉(zhuǎn)化到數(shù)控機(jī)床軸上,利用VERICUT進(jìn)行加工仿真驗(yàn)證該方法的可行性與正確性。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem of low machining efficiency of spiral bevel gear in NC machining center, a method of end milling of spiral bevel gear with disc milling cutter is put forward. According to the geometric characteristics of the tooth surface and cutter of spiral bevel gear, the relative position of the milling cutter and the machined tooth surface is adjusted to minimize the normal cross-section relative normal curvature between the tooth surface and the cutter envelope surface, and to increase the cutting bandwidth. At the same time, control the cutter axis vector to adjust the cutting depth to avoid machining interference. Finally, the tool position is transformed to the axis of NC machine tool, and the feasibility and correctness of the method are verified by VERICUT machining simulation.
