液壓支架智能焊接車間制造執(zhí)行系統(tǒng)研究與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:由于支架焊接制造離散化,工藝柔性化特性,要求資源統(tǒng)一調(diào)配,生產(chǎn)節(jié)拍合理控制,因此為提高生產(chǎn)效率,保證焊接質(zhì)量,最大限度發(fā)揮智能焊接車間優(yōu)勢,研發(fā)適用于生產(chǎn)工藝的液壓支架智能焊接車間制造執(zhí)行系統(tǒng)。首先對支架生產(chǎn)業(yè)務(wù)流程進行分析,建立其軟件功能架構(gòu);基于B/S架構(gòu)開發(fā)各功能模塊并研究系統(tǒng)安全管理策略;建立數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)并分析支架焊接車間生產(chǎn)節(jié)拍,最終建立焊接車間制造執(zhí)行系統(tǒng)控制流程。液壓支架智能焊接車間制造執(zhí)行系統(tǒng)已應(yīng)用于山東能源重型裝備集團高端支架智能焊接車間,實現(xiàn)焊接車間資源統(tǒng)一化管理及數(shù)字化生產(chǎn)。系統(tǒng)運行期間,焊接效率提高100%,人員減少70%,保證了液壓支架生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量和效率。
[Abstract]:Due to the discretization of support welding manufacturing and the flexible characteristics of the process, it requires the unified allocation of resources and reasonable control of production beat. Therefore, in order to improve the production efficiency and ensure the welding quality, the advantages of intelligent welding workshop can be maximized. Research and development of intelligent welding workshop manufacturing execution system for hydraulic support for production process. First of all, the support production business process is analyzed to establish its software functional architecture; based on the B / S architecture to develop each functional module and study the system safety management strategy; to establish a data acquisition system and analyze the scaffold welding workshop production rhythm, Finally establish welding workshop manufacturing execution system control process. The manufacturing execution system of hydraulic support intelligent welding workshop has been applied to the high-end support intelligent welding workshop of Shandong Energy heavy equipment Group, which realizes the unified management of welding workshop resources and digital production. During the operation of the system, the welding efficiency is increased by 100% and the number of personnel is reduced by 70%, which ensures the production quality and efficiency of the hydraulic support.
