基于矩形線圈水平分量磁場分析的脈沖漏磁檢測研究

【摘要】:針對(duì)鐵磁性材料金屬的缺陷檢測,提出了一種基于矩形線圈水平分量磁場分析的檢測方法。在渦流和漏磁理論基礎(chǔ)上,建立了矩形激勵(lì)線圈檢測仿真模型。仿真表明:矩形線圈的下方水平磁場平整,當(dāng)線圈軸線與缺陷方向垂直時(shí),線圈底部水平分量的磁場與缺陷形成90°夾角。在鐵磁性金屬材料中,鐵和空氣介質(zhì)處相對(duì)磁導(dǎo)率不一致導(dǎo)致磁場的偏轉(zhuǎn),產(chǎn)生了較強(qiáng)的漏磁場。在非鐵磁性金屬中,磁感線在缺陷處分布較為平滑,并不存在漏磁現(xiàn)象。搭建了檢測平臺(tái),并分別在缺陷邊緣和上部放置了Hall和GMR巨磁阻傳感器進(jìn)行檢測。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:在鐵板表面,z分量磁場是渦流場和漏磁場的矢量疊加,磁場強(qiáng),但與缺陷深度并沒有線性關(guān)系;x分量磁場是單一的漏磁場,與缺陷深度存在線性關(guān)系,可以對(duì)缺陷進(jìn)行定量分析。
[Abstract]:In view of the defect detection of ferromagnetic material metal, a detection method based on the horizontal component magnetic field analysis of the rectangular coil is proposed. On the basis of the theory of eddy current and leakage magnetic field, a simulation model for the detection of rectangular exciting coil is established. In the ferromagnetic metal material, the relative magnetic permeability of iron and air is not consistent with the permeability of the air medium, resulting in a magnetic field deflection and a strong leakage magnetic field. In the non ferromagnetic metal, the magnetic sensing line is relatively smooth and does not exist in the leakage magnetic phenomenon. A detection platform is set up and respectively in the non ferromagnetic metal. Hall and GMR giant magnetoresistance sensors are placed on the edge and upper part of the defect. The experimental results show that on the surface of the iron plate, the magnetic field of the Z component is the superposition of the vector of the eddy field and the leakage field, and the magnetic field is strong, but it has no linear relation with the defect depth; the magnetic field of the x component is a single leakage magnetic field and has a linear relationship with the depth of the defect, and it can be carried out on the defect. Quantitative analysis.
