單元類型對焊接數(shù)值計算精度的影響

【摘要】:焊接數(shù)值模擬分析過程中,在保證網(wǎng)格質(zhì)量的前提下,單元類型及網(wǎng)格類型的選擇對計算結(jié)果的精確性產(chǎn)生明顯影響。以大型有限元分析軟件Marc為計算工具,采用四面體網(wǎng)格和六面體網(wǎng)格對平板對接接頭進(jìn)行離散,同時分別采用一階單元和二階單元進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果表明:四種單元類型下的焊接仿真變形趨勢與實際焊接變形趨勢一致,但是計算結(jié)果有較大差異。當(dāng)焊接方法為MAG焊,網(wǎng)格尺寸為2 mm時,采用六面體8節(jié)點單元能較好地模擬焊接結(jié)構(gòu)的變形情況。但是當(dāng)焊縫位置網(wǎng)格尺寸發(fā)生變化時,如何選取單元類型需要進(jìn)一步的分析。
[Abstract]:In the process of numerical simulation and analysis of welding, the selection of element type and mesh type has a significant effect on the accuracy of the calculation results under the premise of ensuring the quality of the mesh. Using the large finite element analysis software Marc as the calculation tool, tetrahedron mesh and hexahedron mesh are used to discretize the butt joint of the flat plate, and the first order element and the second order element are used for the analysis, respectively. The results show that the trend of simulated welding deformation is the same as that of actual welding, but the calculated results are quite different. When the welding method is MAG welding and the mesh size is 2 mm, the deformation of the welded structure can be well simulated by using the hexahedron 8 node element. However, when the mesh size changes, how to select the element type needs further analysis.
