【摘要】：本文針對00Cr19Ni10小口徑管內(nèi)壁銹斑及凹坑,通過觀察其銹斑及凹坑部位的形貌,對銹斑形貌及凹坑進行宏觀分析,同時采用物理測試技術(shù)對銹斑腐蝕產(chǎn)物進行微觀分析,找出銹斑及凹坑形成的機理及原因。為工廠今后生產(chǎn)中制定相應(yīng)的質(zhì)量控制措施提供必要依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In this paper, according to the rust spot and pit of the inner wall of 00Cr19Ni10 small caliber tube, the morphology of rust spot and pit is observed, and the morphology of rust spot and pit is analyzed macroscopically. At the same time, the corrosion product of rust spot is analyzed microscopically by physical test technology. To find out the formation mechanism and reason of rust spot and pit. To provide the necessary basis for the establishment of corresponding quality control measures in the future production of the factory.
