【摘要】：介紹了鱗爆形成機理,分析了材料成分和加工工藝2個主要因素對析出相種類及數(shù)量、晶粒級別和抗鱗爆性能的影響。通過改善搪瓷用鋼的組成成分、制定合理的軋制和退火工藝等措施來增加鋼中不可逆陷阱數(shù)量,可以提高鋼的貯氫性能,減少鱗爆的發(fā)生。并對國內(nèi)外抗鱗爆性能評價技術(shù)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及最常用的評價抗鱗爆性能的方法進行了相關(guān)介紹。
[Abstract]:The formation mechanism of scale explosion was introduced and the effects of material composition and processing technology on the type and quantity of precipitated phase grain grade and scale explosion resistance were analyzed. By improving the composition of enamel steel and making reasonable rolling and annealing process to increase the number of irreversible traps in steel, the hydrogen storage performance of steel can be improved and the occurrence of scale explosion can be reduced. The development status of scale explosion resistance evaluation technology at home and abroad and the most commonly used methods to evaluate scale explosion resistance are also introduced.
