軋后水冷對20CrMnTiH鋼組織影響的研究

【摘要】:利用熱模擬試驗(yàn)機(jī)研究了軋后穿水冷卻過程中奧氏體晶粒尺寸和形態(tài)的變化,以及對組織轉(zhuǎn)變的影響機(jī)理。結(jié)果表明,對于終軋溫度≥950℃的軋材,穿水對組織轉(zhuǎn)變的作用為抑制再結(jié)晶晶粒的粗化,增加鐵素體相變的形核位置,促進(jìn)鐵素體相變,從而抑制貝氏體相變。對于終軋溫度≤900℃的軋材,穿水對組織轉(zhuǎn)變的作用為抑制軋材的再結(jié)晶,保留形變儲能,提高鐵素體形核率,促進(jìn)鐵素體相變,從而抑制貝氏體相變。通過以上兩種機(jī)制,在850~1000℃軋后穿水都能明顯促進(jìn)鐵素體相變,抑制貝氏體相變。
[Abstract]:The changes in grain size and morphology of austenite and the mechanism of its influence on microstructure transformation during the process of water cooling after rolling were studied by means of thermal simulation test machine. The results show that the effect of water on microstructure transformation is to inhibit the coarsening of recrystallized grains, increase the nucleation position of ferrite transformation, and promote ferrite transformation, thus restraining the bainite transformation.
