單面釬涂刀具自銳性和使用壽命的研究

【摘要】:針對(duì)刀具如農(nóng)用碎草刀、滅茬刀、豆?jié){機(jī)刀片和谷粒粉碎刀等在使用過程中會(huì)逐漸鈍化、不能自銳的難題,在65Mn表面釬涂Ni基和WC的混合粉末制作刀刃單面涂層的刀具,通過不同的熱處理方法改變基體組織,調(diào)節(jié)刀刃兩側(cè)的耐磨性差,研究單面涂層刀具的自銳性。測(cè)量砂礫磨損測(cè)試(100 h)后刃部曲率,分別為500μm,120μm,147μm。結(jié)合磨損量分析400℃回火處理的刀具在耐磨性、自銳性和使用壽命三個(gè)方面的綜合性能優(yōu)越,提高刀具的使用壽命。
[Abstract]:In view of the difficult problem that the tools such as agricultural grasses knife, stubble knife, soybean milk machine blade and grain crushing knife will be passivated gradually and cannot be sharpened in the process of use, the tool coated with mixed powder of Ni base and WC on the surface of 65Mn can be used to make the tool with single surface coating on the blade. The self-sharpening of single-side coated cutting tools was studied by changing the matrix structure by different heat treatment methods and adjusting the wear resistance of both sides of the blade. The curvature of the rear edge of sand gravel was measured for 100 h. The curvature of the edge was 500 渭 m ~ 120 渭 m ~ (147 渭 m), respectively.
