【摘要】:多線絲錐磨床采用多條磨削線的成型砂輪,以80m/s以上的磨削速度,實現(xiàn)絲錐的高效精密磨削加工,絲錐的加工精度和生產(chǎn)率高。主軸單元作為多線絲錐磨床的關鍵功能部件,直接影響多線絲錐磨床的整體性能,動靜壓主軸單元具有精度和剛度高、精度保持能力強等特點,能夠很好的保證多線絲錐磨床的性能和精度要求。目前,國內(nèi)80%的多線絲錐磨床依賴進口,因此,研制多線絲錐磨床用動靜壓主軸單元,不僅能夠滿足絲錐市場快速增長對多線絲錐磨床的需求,而且對提升國產(chǎn)動靜壓主軸單元功能部件整體技術水平,從而提高我國高端裝備制造業(yè)的國際競爭力具有重要意義。本文主要研究工作如下:分析了絲錐磨床和主軸單元現(xiàn)狀,提出了 DJYM70精密多線絲錐磨床的技.術要求,論證、確定了 DJYM70精密多線絲錐磨床動靜壓主軸單元的整體方案和動靜壓滑動軸承設計方案。該動靜壓主軸單元采用整體套筒式結(jié)構,雙支承且一端止推的軸承組合,止推端放置在主軸單元的前端;基于動靜壓滑動軸承的特點,為減少傳動環(huán)節(jié),提高傳動效率,該主軸單元不設置卸荷裝置,徑向滑動軸承采用偶數(shù)個對置等面積油腔且有回油槽的結(jié)構,止推軸承采用扇形多油腔結(jié)構,定壓式供油,小孔節(jié)流;密封裝置采用間隙式非接觸式密封。對動靜壓主軸單元進行了設計計算。主軸材料采用38CrMoAl,碳氮共滲處理,滲層厚度0.4-0.5mm,前后軸承軸瓦選用耐磨系數(shù)較高的錫青銅ZQSn-6-6-3,設計計算了主軸軸頸和最佳支承跨距,以及小孔節(jié)流的節(jié)流孔直徑、供油壓力和滑動軸承的最小徑向間隙;驗算了主軸單元砂輪處和軸承徑向、軸向剛度;采用2號主軸油,計算得到主軸單元在使用轉(zhuǎn)速下的溫升為17.3℃,滿足溫升要求。分析了 DJYM70動靜壓主軸單元主要零件的加工工藝,闡述了軸承內(nèi)孔和內(nèi)腔、箱體軸承孔、主軸、套筒外圓的配磨等加工質(zhì)量的保障措施;研究了主軸單元的裝配工藝,對主軸單元裝配中存在的裝入困難、調(diào)整墊軸向尺寸不穩(wěn)、裝配完成后主軸轉(zhuǎn)動不靈活等問題給出了具體解決措施,并對裝配完成的動靜壓主軸單元進行了運轉(zhuǎn)調(diào)試。本課題對研制的DJYM70精密多線絲錐磨床動靜壓主軸單元進行了臺架試驗,實測了主軸單元的回轉(zhuǎn)精度、軸向竄動、軸向剛度、徑向剛度、主軸振動、軸承溫升等主要性能指標。試驗結(jié)果表明,該動靜壓主軸單元達到了設計要求。
[Abstract]:The multi-wire taps grinding machine adopts the forming grinding wheel with multiple grinding lines. With the grinding speed above 80m/s, the high-efficiency precision grinding of the tap is realized, and the machining precision and productivity of the tap are high. As the key functional component of multi-wire taps grinding machine, the spindle unit directly affects the overall performance of the multi-wire taps grinder. The static and static pressure spindle unit has the characteristics of high precision and stiffness, strong precision retention ability, etc. It can ensure the performance and precision of multi-wire taps grinder. At present, 80% of the domestic multi-wire taps grinding machines rely on imports. Therefore, the development of the dynamic and static spindle unit for the multi-wire taps grinder can not only meet the rapid growth of the tap market for the multi-wire taps grinding machine. Moreover, it is of great significance to improve the overall technical level of the functional components of the domestic static and dynamic spindle unit, and thus to improve the international competitiveness of the high-end equipment manufacturing industry in China. The main work of this paper is as follows: the present situation of taps grinder and spindle unit is analyzed, and the technology of DJYM70 precision multi-wire taper grinder is put forward. The whole scheme of the dynamic and static spindle unit of DJYM70 precision multi-wire taps grinder and the design scheme of the hydrostatic sliding bearing are determined. The dynamic and static pressure spindle unit adopts the integral sleeve type structure, the bearing combination with double support and one end thrust, the thrust end is placed at the front end of the spindle unit, based on the characteristics of the dynamic and static pressure sliding bearing, the transmission link is reduced and the transmission efficiency is improved. The main shaft unit is not equipped with unloading device, radial sliding bearing adopts even number of equal area oil cavity with return oil groove structure, thrust bearing adopts sector multi-oil cavity structure, constant pressure oil supply type, orifice throttling; The sealing device adopts the clearance type non-contact seal. The static and static pressure spindle unit is designed and calculated. The main shaft material was treated with 38CrMoAl, Carbon-nitriding, the thickness of permeation layer was 0.4-0.5 mm, and the tin bronze ZQSn-6-6-3 with high wear resistance coefficient was used to design and calculate the spindle journal and the optimum support span, as well as the throttle diameter of orifice throttling.
