【摘要】:利用背散電子衍射(EBSD)研究了1235鋁合金坯料在加工過程中的織構演變。結果表明:6mm厚鑄軋態(tài)鋁箔坯料的主要織構為{210}221織構、{221}210織構,并含有少量的{110}001高斯織構;2.55mm厚和0.54mm厚冷軋態(tài)坯料的主要織構有{110}001高斯織構和{112}111銅型織構;2.55mm厚的冷軋態(tài)坯料經630℃7h均勻化退火后的織構主要是{100}001立方織構;0.54mm厚的冷軋坯料經380℃6h中間退火后的主要織構有{100}001立方織構和{110}001高斯織構。對織構的演變機制進行了深入的探討。
[Abstract]:The texture evolution of 1235 aluminum alloy billet during processing was studied by EBSD.
