鍛壓機(jī)床用改性鋁合金的組織與性能研究

【摘要】:泡沫鎂改性鋁合金是一種極具應(yīng)用前景的鍛壓機(jī)床用鋁合金。在鍛造過程中,如何優(yōu)選變形量和始鍛溫度至關(guān)重要。采用不同的鍛壓工藝參數(shù)(變形量和始鍛溫度)生產(chǎn)了鍛壓機(jī)床改性鋁合金試樣,并進(jìn)行了顯微組織和力學(xué)性能的測試與分析。結(jié)果表明,合金的抗拉強(qiáng)度和屈服強(qiáng)度隨鍛造變形量的增加而增加,斷后伸長率則先增大后減小;合金的抗拉強(qiáng)度、屈服強(qiáng)度和斷后伸長率均隨始鍛溫度的提高而先增大后減小。鍛壓機(jī)床改性鋁合金的變形量優(yōu)選為15%、始鍛溫度優(yōu)選為450℃。
[Abstract]:Magnesium foam modified aluminum alloy is a kind of aluminum alloy used in forging machine tools. In the process of forging, how to select the deformation quantity and the starting forging temperature is very important. The aluminum alloy samples modified by forging machine tools were produced with different forging process parameters (deformation and starting forging temperature). The microstructure and mechanical properties of the samples were tested and analyzed. The results show that the tensile strength and yield strength of the alloy increase with the increase of forging deformation, but the elongation increases first and then decreases. The yield strength and elongation after break increase first and then decrease with the increase of starting forging temperature. The deformation of aluminum alloy modified by forging machine is 15 鈩,
