熱處理工藝參數(shù)對YF45MnV鋼夾雜物形態(tài)的影響

【摘要】:進行了YF45Mn V鋼試樣不同加熱溫度、保溫時間及冷卻方式的熱處理。通過金相顯微鏡觀察和運用硫化物金相定量分析統(tǒng)計的方法,研究了YF45Mn V鋼經(jīng)過熱處理后硫化錳夾雜物的變化規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明:在950~1100℃保溫0~2 h,硫化物不同長寬比(L/W)的數(shù)量都減小;在950~1250℃保溫2 h,隨著加熱溫度升高,試樣中硫化錳夾雜物長寬比L/W3的所占的比例越來越多;在1100℃,隨著冷卻速率的增加(由空冷到水冷),在保溫1 h時,紡錘形硫化錳夾雜物(L/W3)數(shù)量減少;在保溫3 h時,紡錘形硫化錳夾雜物數(shù)量增加。
[Abstract]:The heat treatment of YF45Mn V steel at different heating temperature, holding time and cooling mode was carried out. The changes of manganese sulphide inclusions in YF45Mn V steel after heat treatment were studied by means of metallographic microscope and statistical method of quantitative analysis of sulfide metallography. The results show that the number of sulfides with different aspect ratio (L / W) decreases at 950,1100 鈩,
