大中型多輥連軋管機(jī)組產(chǎn)品壁厚精度的模擬對(duì)比淺析

【摘要】:利用ABAQUS有限元仿真軟件對(duì)多輥連軋工藝(二輥、三輥和四輥)應(yīng)用于Φ340機(jī)組的軋后荒管壁厚精度進(jìn)行了多種條件的模擬對(duì)比研究,結(jié)果表明,與二輥和三輥相比,四輥連軋工藝的產(chǎn)品壁厚均勻性更好。
[Abstract]:ABAQUS finite element simulation software was used to simulate and compare the wall thickness accuracy of waste pipe in 桅 340 mill. The results show that compared with two and three rollers, the method of multi-roll continuous rolling process (two-roll, three-roll and four-roll) has been used to simulate and contrast the wall thickness accuracy of waste pipe after rolling in 桅 340 unit. The results show that, compared with two rollers and three rollers, The product wall thickness uniformity of four-roll continuous rolling process is better.
