鋼鐵表面純鋯鹽轉(zhuǎn)化膜技術(shù)研究現(xiàn)狀與進(jìn)展

【摘要】:鋯鹽轉(zhuǎn)化膜技術(shù)是一種十分重要的環(huán)境友好型鋼鐵表面處理技術(shù),有望完全取代磷酸鹽和鉻酸鹽轉(zhuǎn)化技術(shù)。鋯鹽轉(zhuǎn)化膜的耐蝕性與磷酸鹽和鉻酸鹽轉(zhuǎn)化膜接近,對有機(jī)涂層和鋼鐵基體有著優(yōu)異的附著力。從純鋯鹽轉(zhuǎn)化基本原理、鋯鹽體系選擇、制備方法、轉(zhuǎn)化工藝參數(shù)控制、膜層形貌與結(jié)構(gòu)、膜層耐蝕行為、膜層與后續(xù)涂層的附著力等方面,對國內(nèi)外鋼鐵表面純鋯鹽轉(zhuǎn)化膜技術(shù)的研究進(jìn)展和成果進(jìn)行了綜述。純鋯鹽轉(zhuǎn)化技術(shù)采用的轉(zhuǎn)化液以氟鋯酸及其鹽為主,制備方法主要是浸漬法。為了獲得質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定的純鋯鹽轉(zhuǎn)化膜,需要控制工藝參數(shù):Zr~(4+)體積分?jǐn)?shù)3%~5%,pH值3.5~4.5,轉(zhuǎn)化時(shí)間90 s左右,溫度20~35℃。鋯鹽轉(zhuǎn)化膜一般為100~350 nm厚的雙層結(jié)構(gòu),由納米顆粒、小結(jié)節(jié)和聚集體構(gòu)成,這種結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)揮的錨固作用會(huì)顯著增加基體與后續(xù)涂層的結(jié)合強(qiáng)度。但是,鋯鹽轉(zhuǎn)化成膜機(jī)理不夠成熟,工藝欠穩(wěn)定,在實(shí)際工業(yè)生產(chǎn)應(yīng)用中仍面臨挑戰(zhàn)。所以,成膜機(jī)制和工藝穩(wěn)定性的深入探究是未來鋯鹽轉(zhuǎn)化膜的重點(diǎn)研究方向。
