退火露點(diǎn)對(duì)TWIP鋼選擇性氧化及可鍍性的影響

【摘要】:以TWIP鋼為研究對(duì)象,在不同露點(diǎn)和溫度下進(jìn)行退火-鍍鋅試驗(yàn),采用FE-SEM、EDS能譜儀和EPMA對(duì)退火試樣進(jìn)行分析,并與鍍鋅效果對(duì)照,得到退火氣氛對(duì)可鍍性的影響。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:在兩種退火溫度下,露點(diǎn)為-50℃時(shí),氧勢(shì)低,極少量的Mn發(fā)生外氧化,熱鍍鋅效果較好;隨著露點(diǎn)升高,氧勢(shì)升高,表面生成更多膜狀和顆粒狀Mn的氧化物,可鍍性變差;而氧勢(shì)足夠高時(shí),致使部分Mn發(fā)生內(nèi)氧化,表面覆蓋少量的塊狀Mn的氧化物,且有Al的氧化物出現(xiàn),鍍鋅效果最好。
[Abstract]:Taking TWIP steel as the research object, the annealing galvanizing test was carried out at different dew points and temperatures. The annealed samples were analyzed by FE-SEMU EDS and EPMA, and compared with the galvanizing effect, the effect of annealing atmosphere on the plating property was obtained. The experimental results show that at two annealing temperatures, the oxygen potential is low and a very small amount of mn is oxidized out of the surface at -50 鈩,
