【摘要】：隨著工業(yè)產(chǎn)品更新?lián)Q代周期的不斷縮短,小批量生產(chǎn)所占的比重越來越高,適合小批量生產(chǎn)的高柔性組合夾具得到了越來越廣泛的應(yīng)用。企業(yè)在應(yīng)用組合夾具的同時也提出了針對組合夾具如何更高效的設(shè)計和管理的一系列相關(guān)問題。本文針對企業(yè)的相關(guān)需求,運用CATIA二次開發(fā)方法對組合夾具的管理及設(shè)計問題進行了研究。首先研究了CATIA二次開發(fā)的相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)知識,著重介紹了Automation API方法和CAA方法,對CAA方法的機制進行了詳細的說明。比較了幾種開發(fā)方法的優(yōu)劣,選擇了本文合適的二次開發(fā)方法。其次研究了組合夾具管理系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)。完成了組合夾具元件庫的參數(shù)化建庫工作,應(yīng)用Automation API方法基于VB平臺編寫操作界面實現(xiàn)了組合夾具元件的預覽和調(diào)用功能。同時編寫了夾具庫管理界面,實現(xiàn)了組合夾具元件的基本出入庫管理功能。最后研究了組合夾具計算機輔助設(shè)計相關(guān)的內(nèi)容,設(shè)計了工裝夾具設(shè)計系統(tǒng)。研究了CBR方法的推理機制及其知識表達,將CBR方法應(yīng)用于組合夾具快速設(shè)計中,并為工裝夾具設(shè)計系統(tǒng)設(shè)計了XML文件輸出模塊。運用CAA方法在CATIA平臺上實現(xiàn)了相應(yīng)的功能。本文通過以上研究,根據(jù)需求完成了對組合夾具管理系統(tǒng)及工裝夾具設(shè)計系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)建,為夾具設(shè)計信息流與企業(yè)管理信息流的融合打下了良好的基礎(chǔ)。提高了企業(yè)對組合夾具的管理及設(shè)計效率,具有較好的應(yīng)用價值。
[Abstract]:With the continuous shortening of the upgrading cycle of industrial products, the proportion of small batch production is increasing, and the high flexible modular fixture suitable for small batch production has been more and more widely used. At the same time, a series of problems about how to design and manage the modular fixture more efficiently are put forward. This paper studies the management and design of modular fixture by CATIA secondary development method. Firstly, the basic knowledge of CATIA secondary development is studied, the Automation API method and CAA method are emphatically introduced, and the mechanism of CAA method is explained in detail. The advantages and disadvantages of several development methods are compared, and the suitable secondary development method is selected. Secondly, the construction of modular fixture management system is studied. The parameterized building of modular fixture component library is completed, and the previewing and calling function of modular fixture component is realized by using Automation API method based on VB platform. At the same time, the interface of fixture library management is written to realize the basic function of the modular fixture component. Finally, the related contents of CAD for modular fixture are studied, and the fixture design system is designed. The reasoning mechanism and knowledge expression of CBR method are studied. The CBR method is applied to the rapid design of modular fixture, and the output module of XML file is designed for the fixture design system. The corresponding function is realized on CATIA platform by using CAA method. In this paper, according to the requirements, the construction of modular fixture management system and fixture design system is completed, which lays a good foundation for the integration of fixture design information flow and enterprise management information flow. It improves the management and design efficiency of modular fixture, and has good application value.
