【摘要】：以南帕斯凝析油混煉減二線油品為研究對象,通過添加一定比例環(huán)烷酸,考察酸值對20#碳鋼在高溫油品中的腐蝕影響;采用電化學(xué)噪聲(EN)分析不同溫度下碳鋼在高溫環(huán)烷酸中腐蝕狀況。結(jié)果表明,20#碳鋼受高溫環(huán)烷酸的腐蝕速率隨溫度的升高呈現(xiàn)出先增大后減小的規(guī)律;隨酸值的增大,碳鋼的腐蝕速率一直增大。在環(huán)烷酸的酸值為10 mg KOH/g,流速為1 m/s時(shí),碳鋼在280℃時(shí)腐蝕速率最高。
