含鈧7075鋁合金的回歸熱處理

【摘要】:通過金相顯微鏡,掃描電鏡,能譜(EDS)分析儀對含Sc的7075鋁合金的組織結(jié)構(gòu)進行了分析,并研究了其力學性能。結(jié)果表明:含0.22%Sc的7075鋁合金經(jīng)過優(yōu)化回歸熱處理(120℃×16 h+160℃×15 min+120℃×16 h)后,合金的力學性能得到了顯著提高。測得合金的抗拉強度、規(guī)定塑性延伸強度及伸長率分別為714 MPa、645 MPa和10.8%,較T6時效分別提高了18.2%、14%和6.5%。
