冷軋四輥軋機(jī)彈性變形在線模型

【摘要】:為提高軋機(jī)彈跳值的計(jì)算精度,開發(fā)一種四輥軋機(jī)彈性變形的在線計(jì)算模型,模型中將軋機(jī)彈性變形分為輥系彈性變形和軋機(jī)牌坊彈性變形;綜合考慮各影響因素,設(shè)計(jì)輥系和軋機(jī)牌坊彈性變形的模型結(jié)構(gòu);谒O(shè)計(jì)的模型結(jié)構(gòu)和測試方案,針對某1 800 mm單機(jī)架可逆冷軋機(jī),采用影響函數(shù)法得到支撐輥輥徑、工作輥輥徑、帶鋼寬度、軋制力和彎輥力等因素對輥系彈性變形的影響,并建立輥系彈性變形在線模型;通過對軋機(jī)的現(xiàn)場測試,回歸得到軋機(jī)牌坊彈性變形模型中的系數(shù),并應(yīng)用于該機(jī)組中。研究結(jié)果表明:采用該模型,輥縫設(shè)定值的計(jì)算偏差可控制在±0.1 mm以內(nèi),表明該模型具有較高的計(jì)算精度,滿足現(xiàn)場控制要求。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the calculation accuracy of the spring value of rolling mill, an on-line calculation model of elastic deformation of four-high mill is developed. In the model, the elastic deformation of rolling mill is divided into roll elastic deformation and rolling plate elastic deformation. The model structure of elastic deformation of roll system and mill arch is designed. Based on the designed model structure and test scheme, for a 1 800 mm single stand reversible cold rolling mill, the influence function method is used to obtain the diameter of the supporting roll, the diameter of the work roll and the width of the strip steel. The influence of rolling force and bending force on the elastic deformation of roll system is established, and the on-line model of elastic deformation of roll system is established, and the coefficient of elastic deformation model of the plate of rolling mill is obtained by the field test of rolling mill, and applied to the mill. The results show that the calculation deviation of the set value of roll gap can be controlled within 鹵0.1 mm by using this model, which indicates that the model has higher calculation accuracy and meets the requirements of field control.
