【摘要】:使用雙輝離子滲金屬技術(shù),在304不銹鋼基體上進(jìn)行滲銀處理,使得不銹鋼獲得表面抗菌性。研究了溫度、陰極電壓、爐壓三因素對(duì)含銀層成分及結(jié)構(gòu)的影響。將摩擦磨損性能及耐腐蝕性能作為評(píng)價(jià)方法,優(yōu)化出理想的滲銀工藝。使用金相顯微鏡觀察含銀層膜層厚度,掃描電鏡觀察含銀層表面形貌,能譜檢測(cè)截面銀含量,使用MS-T3000球-盤(pán)摩擦磨損試驗(yàn)機(jī)進(jìn)行磨損性能表征,使用浸泡在濃度為0.9%的Na Cl溶液后觀察試樣形貌的方法進(jìn)行耐腐蝕性能表征。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),使用雙層輝光離子滲銀工藝制備的含銀層表面合金原子排列致密,含銀層由沉積層構(gòu)成。膜層表面形貌、銀含量及膜厚對(duì)摩擦磨損及耐腐蝕性能產(chǎn)生重要影響。最終確定了890℃×3 h的不銹鋼滲銀工藝最為優(yōu)異。
[Abstract]:The surface antimicrobial properties of 304 stainless steel were obtained by silver infiltration on 304 stainless steel substrate by using double glow ion alloying technique. The effects of temperature, cathode voltage and furnace pressure on the composition and structure of silver layer are studied. The friction and wear properties and corrosion resistance were taken as the evaluation methods to optimize the ideal silver permeation process. The thickness of silver-containing film was observed by metallographic microscope, the surface morphology of silver-containing layer was observed by scanning electron microscope, the silver content of section was measured by energy dispersive spectrum, and the wear properties were characterized by MS-T3000 ball disk friction and wear tester. The corrosion resistance of the samples was characterized by immersion in 0.9% NaCl solution. The results show that the surface of the silver containing layer is compact and the silver containing layer is composed of deposit layer. The surface morphology, silver content and film thickness have important effects on friction and wear and corrosion resistance. Finally, it was determined that 890 鈩,
