滾珠絲杠副剛性和綜合性能研究與測評(píng)

【摘要】:滾珠絲杠副廣泛應(yīng)用于數(shù)控機(jī)床進(jìn)給系統(tǒng)。滾珠絲杠副的剛性、定位精度、溫升、噪聲及加速度是反映其優(yōu)劣的重要性能指標(biāo)。目前,國內(nèi)滾珠絲杠副剛性和綜合性能理論研究不足以及測評(píng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)還不夠完善,嚴(yán)重制約了國產(chǎn)絲杠副的自主研發(fā)。因此,針對(duì)滾珠絲杠副的剛性與綜合性能進(jìn)行研究與測評(píng)具有重要的意義。本文以雙螺母墊片預(yù)緊滾珠絲杠副為研究對(duì)象,以赫茲理論為基礎(chǔ),對(duì)兩螺母中的滾珠進(jìn)行受力分析,并考慮滾珠絲杠副在受軸向載荷的情況下,接觸角發(fā)生變化的情況,建立雙螺母預(yù)緊滾珠絲杠副軸向靜剛度數(shù)學(xué)模型;诮⒌妮S向靜剛度數(shù)學(xué)模型,討論了絲杠有效行程內(nèi)摩擦力矩的波動(dòng)、絲杠旋轉(zhuǎn)與扭轉(zhuǎn)對(duì)軸向靜剛度測量的影響,建立關(guān)系模型,并通過試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證模型的正確性。理論上分析預(yù)緊力、滾珠圈數(shù)、適應(yīng)度對(duì)軸向靜剛度的影響,并通過試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了軸向靜剛度模型的正確性;跐L珠絲杠副軸向靜剛度理論與試驗(yàn)研究,制定滾珠絲杠副軸向靜剛度測評(píng)方案。該方案包括樣件的選取、適應(yīng)度的測量、軸向變形測量、扭轉(zhuǎn)與旋轉(zhuǎn)變形的補(bǔ)償、軸向載荷的施加與測量、測量數(shù)據(jù)的處理以及軸向靜剛度的評(píng)價(jià)。介紹了滾珠絲杠副加速度、定位精度、溫升與噪聲的測量原理,對(duì)定位精度、溫升和噪聲測量方案進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,最后進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)并給出評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果。
[Abstract]:Ball screw pair is widely used in CNC machine feed system. The rigidity, positioning accuracy, temperature rise, noise and acceleration of ball screw are important performance indexes. At present, the domestic ball screw pair rigidity and comprehensive performance theory research and evaluation standards are not perfect, which seriously restricts the independent research and development of domestic screw pairs. Therefore, it is of great significance to study and evaluate the rigidity and comprehensive performance of ball screw pairs. In this paper, the double nut gasket pre-tightening ball screw pair is taken as the research object. Based on Hertz's theory, the force of the ball in the two nuts is analyzed, and the contact angle of the ball screw pair is considered when the ball screw pair is subjected to axial load. A mathematical model of axial static stiffness of double nut pre-tightening ball screw is established. Based on the established mathematical model of axial static stiffness, the fluctuation of friction moment in the effective stroke of the lead screw, the influence of screw rotation and torsion on the measurement of axial static stiffness is discussed, and the relationship model is established, and the correctness of the model is verified by experiments. The effects of pretightening force ball number and fitness on axial static stiffness are analyzed theoretically and the correctness of axial static stiffness model is verified by experiments. Based on the theoretical and experimental study of axial static stiffness of ball screw, the evaluation scheme of axial static stiffness of ball screw is established. This scheme includes sample selection, fitness measurement, axial deformation measurement, torsion and rotation deformation compensation, axial load application and measurement, data processing and axial stiffness evaluation. This paper introduces the measurement principle of ball screw pair acceleration, positioning accuracy, temperature rise and noise, and optimizes the measurement scheme of positioning accuracy, temperature rise and noise. Finally, the experiment is carried out and the evaluation results are given.
