【摘要】:研究了低碳高強(qiáng)鋼在不同淬火和回火溫度下的顯微組織和力學(xué)性能。結(jié)果表明,隨淬火溫度升高,強(qiáng)度呈現(xiàn)先升后降的趨勢,沖擊功先緩慢增長再急劇下降;隨著回火溫度升高,強(qiáng)度逐漸降低,沖擊功逐漸增大。當(dāng)淬火溫度為900℃、回火溫度為500℃時,回火屈氏體細(xì)小致密,碳化物均勻分布,鋼的綜合力學(xué)性能較好。
[Abstract]:The microstructure and mechanical properties of low carbon high strength steel at different quenching and tempering temperatures were studied.
