低碳高強鋼熱處理后的組織和力學(xué)性能

【摘要】:研究了低碳高強鋼在不同淬火和回火溫度下的顯微組織和力學(xué)性能。結(jié)果表明,隨淬火溫度升高,強度呈現(xiàn)先升后降的趨勢,沖擊功先緩慢增長再急劇下降;隨著回火溫度升高,強度逐漸降低,沖擊功逐漸增大。當(dāng)淬火溫度為900℃、回火溫度為500℃時,回火屈氏體細小致密,碳化物均勻分布,鋼的綜合力學(xué)性能較好。
[Abstract]:The microstructure and mechanical properties of low carbon high strength steel at different quenching and tempering temperatures were studied. The results show that with the increase of quenching temperature, the strength increases first and then decreases, the impact work increases slowly and then decreases sharply, and with the increase of tempering temperature, the strength decreases and the impact work increases.
