【摘要】：使用ANSYS Workbench有限元軟件對空氣預(yù)熱器紋板式密封組件點焊模型進行了仿真計算,分析了紋板式密封組件點焊連接的最大應(yīng)力和應(yīng)變。驗證了點焊連接用于空氣預(yù)熱器紋板式密封組件結(jié)構(gòu)的合理性,從理論上為空氣預(yù)熱器紋板式密封組件提供一種新的連接方法。
[Abstract]:By using ANSYS Workbench finite element software to simulate the spot welding model of air preheater grain - plate seal assembly , the maximum stress and strain of spot welding connection are analyzed . The rationality of spot welding connection for the structure of air preheater ribbed plate seal assembly is verified , and a new connection method is provided for air preheater grain - plate seal assembly theoretically .
