熱軋工作輥推力軸承失效原因分析及改進(jìn)

【摘要】:以某1 580 mm熱軋精軋工作輥推力軸承為例,通過(guò)分析PDA曲線初步推斷推力軸承的失效是由異常軸向力造成。通過(guò)對(duì)軸向力來(lái)源進(jìn)行分析,得出軋輥交叉是造成推力軸承失效的主要原因;進(jìn)一步分析軋機(jī)平衡塊和軸承座結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)軸承偏載的影響,提出軋機(jī)彎竄系統(tǒng)和軸承座的改造方案,并提出在推力軸承上增加隔圈以提高推力軸承的承載能力,防止?jié)L動(dòng)體被擠壓變形。經(jīng)驗(yàn)證,改進(jìn)方案滿足工程應(yīng)用需求。
[Abstract]:Taking a 1 580mm hot rolling work roll thrust bearing as an example, the failure of the thrust bearing is preliminarily inferred by analyzing the PDA curve because of the abnormal axial force. Through the analysis of axial force source, it is concluded that roll crossing is the main reason for the failure of thrust bearing, and the influence of balance block and bearing seat structure on bearing bias load is further analyzed, and the transformation scheme of rolling mill bending and channeling system and bearing seat is put forward. The bearing capacity of thrust bearing is improved by adding spacer to the thrust bearing to prevent the rolling body from being extruded and deformed. It is proved that the improved scheme can meet the requirement of engineering application.
