新型輕質(zhì)奧氏體耐磨鋼的沖擊磨損性能及其機(jī)理研究

【摘要】:以高錳鋼Mn13Cr2為對比材料,采用MLD-10沖擊磨料磨損試驗(yàn)機(jī),選擇低沖擊載荷0.5 J,研究新型輕質(zhì)Fe-24Mn-7Al-1.0C奧氏體耐磨鋼在水韌處理和水韌處理+時(shí)效后的耐磨性能及磨損機(jī)理。結(jié)果表明,輕質(zhì)奧氏體鋼Fe-24Mn-7Al-1.0C在水韌處理后其耐磨性是Mn13Cr2的1.14倍;550℃不同時(shí)間時(shí)效后,由于大量的納米尺寸κ-碳化物析出,增加了其初始硬度、強(qiáng)度和耐磨性,1050℃水韌處理+550℃時(shí)效1 h后其耐磨性達(dá)到最佳,為Mn13Cr2的1.40倍。Mn13Cr2磨損表面主要以長而寬且凹凸不平的犁溝和反復(fù)塑性變形導(dǎo)致的較深鑿坑為主,輕質(zhì)奧氏體鋼Fe-24Mn-7Al-1.0C以微小鑿坑和較淺犁溝為主。在Mn13Cr2的沖擊亞表層形成大量層錯(cuò)以及凌亂分布的位錯(cuò)。輕質(zhì)奧氏體鋼Fe-24Mn-7Al-1.0C時(shí)效前的亞表層出現(xiàn)大量的泰勒晶格,并在時(shí)效1 h后呈現(xiàn)泰勒晶格和高密度位錯(cuò)墻,在磨損表面并沒有發(fā)現(xiàn)孿晶和馬氏體相變現(xiàn)象。
[Abstract]:The wear resistance and wear mechanism of new lightweight Mn13Cr2 austenitic wear steel after water toughening and water toughening aging were studied by using MLD-10 impact abrasive wear tester and low impact load 0.5 J with high manganese steel Mn13Cr2 as contrast material.
