【摘要】:采用自制的激波驅(qū)動(dòng)氣-固兩相流沖蝕磨損試驗(yàn)裝置,選取SiO_2、Al2O3和SiC顆粒,對(duì)煤化工常用材料1Cr9Mo鋼進(jìn)行高速氣-固兩相流沖蝕磨損試驗(yàn)研究.結(jié)合試件表面沖蝕磨損形貌,分析沖擊速度、沖擊角度、顆粒硬度、顆粒粒徑、試件溫度等因素對(duì)材料的沖蝕磨損率的影響.結(jié)果表明:在20℃和400℃下,1Cr9Mo鋼的最大沖蝕磨損率均出現(xiàn)在15°~25°的沖蝕角之間,體現(xiàn)出典型塑性材料的沖蝕磨損特征;低角度沖蝕時(shí)磨損機(jī)理以顆粒的切削作用為主,高角度沖蝕時(shí)顆粒垂直撞擊材料表面產(chǎn)生凹坑并致使凹坑周圍的片狀物碎屑從材料表面剝離;試件沖擊速度指數(shù)在2.3~3.2范圍內(nèi),磨損率受顆粒硬度影響較大;在相同沖蝕條件下,硬度較高的Al2O3和SiC顆粒對(duì)試件的磨損率比SiO_2顆粒高一個(gè)數(shù)量級(jí);磨損率隨顆粒粒徑的增大呈現(xiàn)先遞增后下降的趨勢;在400℃時(shí)SiO_2顆粒對(duì)試件的沖蝕磨損率明顯提高,磨損率最大值約為20℃時(shí)的3倍.
[Abstract]:In this paper, a self-made shock wave driven gas-solid two-phase flow erosion wear test device was used to study the high speed gas-solid two-phase flow erosion wear test of 1Cr9Mo steel, a common material of coal chemical industry, using SiO2Al _ 2O _ 3 and SiC particles. The effects of impact velocity, impact angle, particle hardness, particle size and specimen temperature on the erosion wear rate were analyzed.
