小直徑直縫焊管柔性成形機設(shè)計研究

【摘要】:隨著智能機械制造技術(shù)的發(fā)展,輥彎成形技術(shù)不斷成熟,柔性輥彎成形越來越受企業(yè)的青睞。為了迎合這一趨勢,本文針對小直徑直縫焊管柔性輥彎成形的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進行了研究,本文的主要內(nèi)容如下:首先本文論述了直縫焊管成形機組的理論研究現(xiàn)狀,介紹了國內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀,并提出針對小直徑直縫焊管柔性輥彎成形機組的研究。其次,主要闡述了帶鋼在輥彎成形中變形原理與特點,總結(jié)了直縫焊管柔性成形的原理,確定柔性輥彎成形的方案,描述了柔性輥彎成形機組中各個成形段的結(jié)構(gòu)特點。再次,本文主要是利用三半徑成形法進行變形圖設(shè)計,根據(jù)分組平輥與排輥變規(guī)格成形調(diào)整的需要,找出所需成形排輥成形道數(shù),修正不同直徑管由于成形輥位置調(diào)整輥的形狀對變形圖的影響,計算出Ф50mm、Ф90mm直縫焊管的輥花圖設(shè)計參數(shù),并繪制出輥花圖。最后通過有限元模擬板帶的成形過程,分析板帶的橫向等效塑性應(yīng)變、縱向應(yīng)變、及橫向相對曲率分布,為輥彎成形機架結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計提供依據(jù)。最后,設(shè)計小直徑直縫焊管的成形機組。由于輥彎成形不同成形段所需要的機組有相似部分,本文為了簡化柔性成形機組結(jié)構(gòu)盡量減少機架類形,主要設(shè)計出以下機架:鋼帶的校平裝置,W平輥機架,分組平輥機架和排輥立輥機架,通過這幾種機架的組合構(gòu)成整個柔性機組,然后根據(jù)設(shè)計好的機架,針對W平輥機架計進行模擬仿真,得出機架應(yīng)力應(yīng)變云圖,以及變形圖,并驗證設(shè)計的合理性。對實際的焊管成形具有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:With the development of intelligent mechanical manufacturing technology, roll bending technology is becoming more and more mature, flexible roll forming is becoming more and more popular in enterprises. In order to meet this trend, the key technology of flexible roll bending forming of small diameter straight welded pipe is studied in this paper. The main contents of this paper are as follows: firstly, this paper discusses the present situation of the theoretical research of straight welded pipe forming machine. This paper introduces the research status at home and abroad, and puts forward the research of flexible roll forming machine for small diameter straight welded pipe. Secondly, the deformation principle and characteristics of strip steel in roll bending forming are expounded, the principle of flexible forming of straight welded pipe is summarized, the scheme of flexible roll forming is determined, and the structural characteristics of each forming section in flexible roll forming machine group are described. Thirdly, this paper mainly uses the three-radius forming method to design the deformation diagram, according to the needs of adjusting the forming of the group flat roll and the row roll, find out the number of the forming pass of the forming roll. Due to the influence of roll shape on deformation diagram of different diameter tubes, the design parameters of roll pattern of 50 mm and 90mm straight seam welded pipe are calculated and the roll pattern is drawn. Finally, the transverse equivalent plastic strain, longitudinal strain and transverse relative curvature distribution are analyzed by simulating the forming process of sheet and strip by finite element method, which provides the basis for the structural design of roll bending forming frame. Finally, the forming machine of small diameter straight welded pipe is designed. In order to simplify the structure of flexible forming unit and reduce the shape of frame as much as possible, the following frame is designed: the leveling device of steel strip and the flat roll frame. Divided into flat roll frame and row roll vertical roller frame, through the combination of these several kinds of frame constitute the whole flexible unit, then according to the designed frame, carry on the simulation for W flat roll rack gauge, obtain the frame stress strain cloud diagram, as well as the deformation diagram, The rationality of the design is verified. It has certain reference significance to the actual welded pipe forming.
