【摘要】：采用不同的始鍛溫度、終鍛溫度和相同的鍛壓比對汽車軸頭進行了試驗,并進行了鍛件的耐磨損性能和耐腐蝕性能的測試與分析。結(jié)果表明:在試驗條件下,隨始鍛溫度從980℃升高至1080℃,鍛件的耐磨損性能和耐腐蝕性能均先提高后下降;隨終鍛溫度從810℃升高至910℃,鍛件的耐腐蝕性能先提高后下降。汽車軸頭鍛件的最佳工藝參數(shù)為:始鍛溫度1060℃、終鍛溫度890℃。
