鍛壓溫度對汽車軸頭鍛件性能的影響

【摘要】:采用不同的始鍛溫度、終鍛溫度和相同的鍛壓比對汽車軸頭進行了試驗,并進行了鍛件的耐磨損性能和耐腐蝕性能的測試與分析。結(jié)果表明:在試驗條件下,隨始鍛溫度從980℃升高至1080℃,鍛件的耐磨損性能和耐腐蝕性能均先提高后下降;隨終鍛溫度從810℃升高至910℃,鍛件的耐腐蝕性能先提高后下降。汽車軸頭鍛件的最佳工藝參數(shù)為:始鍛溫度1060℃、終鍛溫度890℃。
[Abstract]:Different starting forging temperature, final forging temperature and the same forging pressure ratio were used to test the automobile shaft head, and the wear and corrosion resistance of the forgings were tested and analyzed.
