【摘要】:采用鹽酸、硝酸、氫氟酸和高氯酸溶解樣品,研究采用電感耦合等離子體發(fā)射光譜法測定再生鋁材料中的鎂、銅、鉬、錳、鎘、鉻、鐵。試驗結(jié)果表明:鎂、銅、鐵對測定結(jié)果無影響;酸度在2%測定誤差范圍內(nèi),待測溶液中鹽酸體積分數(shù)不宜超過15%;在儀器最佳工作條件下,采用基體匹配方法消除鋁對測定結(jié)果的影響,方法檢出限、測定下限分別為0.01~0.04μg/mL和0.03~0.13μg/mL;方法相對標準偏差為0.49%~3.46%,回收率為98.5%~102.4%。方法靈敏度較好,簡便、準確、可靠,可用于再生鋁材料中多元素的測定。
[Abstract]:Using hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid and perchloric acid dissolved samples, the determination of magnesium, copper, molybdenum, manganese, cadmium, chromium and iron in regenerated aluminum materials by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) was studied. The results show that magnesium, copper and iron have no influence on the determination results, the acidity is within the error range of 2%, the volume fraction of hydrochloric acid in the solution to be measured should not exceed 15. Under the optimum working conditions of the instrument, The matrix matching method was used to eliminate the effect of aluminum on the determination results. The detection limit of the method was 0.01 渭 g/mL and 0.03 ~ 0.13 渭 g / mL, respectively, and the relative standard deviation of the method was 0.49 ~ 3.46 and the recovery was 98.55 ~ 102.4 渭 g 路mL ~ (-1). The method is sensitive, simple, accurate and reliable. It can be used for the determination of multiple elements in regenerated aluminum materials.
