【摘要】:開(kāi)放式數(shù)控系統(tǒng)是為了適應(yīng)機(jī)床制造業(yè)在技術(shù)、市場(chǎng)和生產(chǎn)組織等多方面新的變化而提出的,其目的是使數(shù)控系統(tǒng)易變,具有很好的適應(yīng)性和二次開(kāi)發(fā)性。在CAK6136車床上進(jìn)行了基于TwinCAT的開(kāi)放式數(shù)控系統(tǒng)改造,對(duì)CAK6136車床的主軸控制、伺服軸控制、刀架轉(zhuǎn)位控制等強(qiáng)電部分進(jìn)行了整理分析,確定了所需TwinCAT模塊的數(shù)量種類,通過(guò)TwinCAT PLC中關(guān)于軸控制的相關(guān)功能塊和庫(kù)實(shí)現(xiàn)了 CAK6136車床的伺服功能和相關(guān)輔助功能,完成了對(duì)CAK6136車床的開(kāi)放式數(shù)控改造。恒負(fù)荷切削是一項(xiàng)極具工程意義的研究,國(guó)內(nèi)外自適應(yīng)切削主要就是恒負(fù)荷自適應(yīng)切削。文章研究了基于主軸電流的切削力間接測(cè)量方案,通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)論述了以電流有效值作為切削狀態(tài)表征量可靠性,為了避免各種隨機(jī)性因素對(duì)電流有效值產(chǎn)生影響,提出了以實(shí)時(shí)測(cè)量空載電流,并以切削電流有效值與空載電流有效值的差值作為切削狀態(tài)表征量的方案。最后通過(guò)BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò),實(shí)現(xiàn)了切削狀態(tài)的在線檢測(cè)以及恒負(fù)荷加工中進(jìn)給量的計(jì)算。車削過(guò)程中顫振是導(dǎo)致切削不穩(wěn)定的主要原因,通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)發(fā)現(xiàn)顫振時(shí)主軸電流的概率密度分布情況與切削是否發(fā)生顫振有密切關(guān)系,切削狀態(tài)越接近于顫振狀態(tài),電流的概率密度分布的雙峰性越明顯。通過(guò)核概率密度函數(shù)估計(jì)方法來(lái)在線辨識(shí)切削狀態(tài)是否為穩(wěn)態(tài)切削,并通過(guò)在線調(diào)節(jié)進(jìn)給量來(lái)防止顫振的發(fā)生。最終實(shí)驗(yàn)表明在CAK6136車床上運(yùn)用變進(jìn)給量車削能提高加工表面的質(zhì)量并能加大切削效率。
[Abstract]:Open CNC system is proposed to adapt to the new changes in technology, market and production organization of machine tool manufacturing industry. The purpose of the system is to make CNC system changeable, with good adaptability and secondary development. The open CNC system based on TwinCAT was reformed on CAK6136 lathe. The main axis control, servo shaft control and tool frame transposition control of CAK6136 lathe were arranged and analyzed, and the quantity and types of TwinCAT modules were determined. The servo function and related auxiliary function of CAK6136 lathe are realized by using the relevant function blocks and libraries about shaft control in TwinCAT PLC, and the open NC transformation of CAK6136 lathe is completed. Constant load cutting is a research of great engineering significance. Adaptive cutting at home and abroad is mainly constant load adaptive cutting. In this paper, the indirect measuring scheme of cutting force based on spindle current is studied. Through experiments, the reliability of current RMS as the cutting state token quantity is discussed. In order to avoid the influence of various random factors on the current RMS, A scheme of measuring no-load current in real time and using the difference between the effective value of cutting current and the effective value of no-load current as the characteristic of cutting state is put forward. Finally, the on-line detection of cutting state and the calculation of feed rate in constant load machining are realized by BP neural network. The chatter is the main cause of cutting instability during turning. It is found that the probability density distribution of spindle current is closely related to whether the cutting chatter occurs or not, and the cutting state is closer to the chatter state. The bimodal distribution of probability density of electric current is more obvious. The kernel probability density function estimation method is used to identify whether the cutting state is steady-state or not, and to prevent chatter from occurring by on-line adjusting the feed rate. The final experiment shows that using variable feed turning on CAK6136 lathe can improve the quality of the machined surface and increase the cutting efficiency.
