緩蝕劑液膜分布規(guī)律的數(shù)值模擬

【摘要】:為了實(shí)現(xiàn)后續(xù)正常加注工藝對(duì)緩蝕劑膜的有效修復(fù)、補(bǔ)充,保證緩蝕劑的防腐蝕作用,對(duì)目標(biāo)管段內(nèi)緩蝕劑預(yù)膜層分布情況以及隨流動(dòng)情況變化規(guī)律進(jìn)行研究,使用Fluent軟件,基于歐拉-歐拉模型,建立RNG k-ε雙方程模型描述管道內(nèi)復(fù)雜的湍流流動(dòng),采用VOF模型模擬預(yù)膜工藝形成的緩蝕劑液膜在管壁的流動(dòng)規(guī)律,計(jì)算預(yù)膜工藝形成的緩蝕劑液膜在氣流作沖刷和重力作用下沿輸氣管道內(nèi)壁分布情況以及緩蝕劑表面張力對(duì)液膜分布的影響.結(jié)果表明:緩蝕劑液膜在重力作用下向管底沉降,約占管道截面的1/3,彎頭部位二次旋渦的存在會(huì)破壞緩蝕劑液膜原有的分布,向二次旋渦夾帶方向移動(dòng),所以在工程實(shí)際中應(yīng)重點(diǎn)監(jiān)測(cè)這些部位.表面張力越大,壁面黏附功越大,壁面處緩蝕劑分布越均勻并且含量越高,最高緩蝕劑含率可以達(dá)到100%.因此在預(yù)膜工藝時(shí),推薦選用壁面黏附性強(qiáng)且表面張力大的介質(zhì).
[Abstract]:In order to realize the effective restoration and supplement of corrosion inhibitor film and ensure the anticorrosion effect of corrosion inhibitor, the distribution of corrosion inhibitor prefilm and its variation with flow in the target pipe were studied, and the software Fluent was used. Based on the Euler-Euler model, the RNG k- 蔚 two-equation model was established to describe the complex turbulent flow in the pipeline. The VOF model was used to simulate the flow pattern of the corrosion inhibitor liquid film formed by the pre-membrane process in the tube wall. The distribution of inhibitor film along the inner wall of gas pipeline under the action of air flow and gravity and the effect of corrosion inhibitor surface tension on the distribution of liquid film were calculated. The results show that the corrosion inhibitor liquid film settles to the bottom of the tube under the action of gravity and accounts for about 1 / 3 of the section of the pipeline. The existence of secondary vortex at the elbow will destroy the original distribution of the inhibitor liquid film and move towards the entrainment direction of the secondary vortex. Therefore, in the engineering practice should focus on monitoring these parts. The higher the surface tension, the greater the wall adhesion work, the more uniform the corrosion inhibitor distribution and the higher the content at the wall. The highest corrosion inhibitor content can reach 100%. Therefore, the medium with strong wall adhesion and high surface tension is recommended in the prefilm process.
