擴(kuò)展初始角對(duì)鎳基合金焊接過(guò)渡區(qū)裂紋應(yīng)力腐蝕行為的影響

【摘要】:焊接接頭過(guò)渡區(qū)的復(fù)雜成分分布和材料性能梯度都會(huì)改變裂尖的力學(xué)狀態(tài),進(jìn)而影響接頭的應(yīng)力腐蝕開(kāi)裂行為。為了對(duì)鎳基合金焊接過(guò)渡區(qū)的應(yīng)力腐蝕裂紋擴(kuò)展行為進(jìn)行準(zhǔn)確預(yù)測(cè),利用ABAQUS軟件對(duì)不同擴(kuò)展初始角裂紋尖端的應(yīng)力應(yīng)變及擴(kuò)展驅(qū)動(dòng)力進(jìn)行了分析,研究結(jié)果表明:裂紋擴(kuò)展到達(dá)熔合線(xiàn)邊界后會(huì)停止擴(kuò)展;若擴(kuò)展驅(qū)動(dòng)力足夠大,裂紋會(huì)發(fā)生偏折,轉(zhuǎn)為沿熔合線(xiàn)邊界在鎳基合金焊縫內(nèi)擴(kuò)展;有限元分析的結(jié)果與實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果一致。
[Abstract]:The complex composition distribution and material performance gradient in the transition zone of welded joint will change the mechanical state of the crack tip and then affect the stress corrosion cracking behavior of the joint. In order to accurately predict the stress-corrosion crack propagation behavior in the welding transition zone of nickel-based alloys, the stress-strain and propagation driving forces at the tip of different initial corner cracks were analyzed by using ABAQUS software. The results show that the crack growth will stop when it reaches the boundary of the fusion line, and if the driving force is large enough, the crack will deflect and propagate along the boundary of the fusion line in the Ni-base alloy weld. The results of finite element analysis are in agreement with the experimental results.
