鋼板水基防銹處理液的制備及性能研究

【摘要】:鋼板材料在儲(chǔ)存運(yùn)輸過程中,由于與空氣中的水分、氧氣等腐蝕介質(zhì)接觸,會(huì)發(fā)生銹蝕現(xiàn)象。據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì),每年因?yàn)楦g問題而造成的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失約占我國GDP總量的4%,以2015年為例,我國GDP總量為676708億,其中因材料腐蝕而造成的損失為27068億元,所以金屬材料的腐蝕防護(hù)技術(shù)是一項(xiàng)意義深遠(yuǎn),值得研究的課題。水基防銹液是在水溶液中加入緩蝕物質(zhì),經(jīng)其處理的金屬表面會(huì)形成一層保護(hù)性膜層,能夠達(dá)到阻止基體與腐蝕介質(zhì)接觸的效果,從而減緩腐蝕現(xiàn)象的發(fā)生。本實(shí)驗(yàn)主要通過對防銹液中主要緩蝕物質(zhì)、輔助緩蝕物質(zhì)和助劑進(jìn)行性能研究,得到防銹液的配方為鄰氨基苯甲酸1.7g/L、癸二酸1.4g/L、肉桂酸1.2g/L、醇類物質(zhì)W 15ml/L、尿素6g/L、添加劑A 1.5g/L、1ml/L OP-10、1ml/L消泡劑、1ml/L EDTA。同時(shí)對防銹液對鋼板的處理工藝進(jìn)行研究,得出處理溫度為50℃、處理時(shí)間為2min。對防銹液性能進(jìn)行研究中,將本實(shí)驗(yàn)自制防銹液與市場上廣泛使用的GCW-1防銹液進(jìn)行性能對比:熱軋鋼板經(jīng)本實(shí)驗(yàn)自制防銹液處理后在3.5%鹽水中發(fā)生腐蝕的時(shí)間為171min,而市場上使用GCW-1的防銹液耐腐蝕時(shí)間為154min;熱軋鋼板經(jīng)168h濕熱實(shí)驗(yàn)測試,經(jīng)本實(shí)驗(yàn)自制防銹液處理后,鋼板表面的腐蝕面積為15%,市場上使用的GCW-1防銹液處理后鋼板的腐蝕面積在20%以上;電化學(xué)測試實(shí)驗(yàn)中,本實(shí)驗(yàn)自制與市場上使用的GCW-1防銹液相比,腐蝕電位由-0.7444V升至-0.6970V,提高0.0474V;腐蝕電流由3.668×10-5A/cm2降低至1.479×10-5A/cm2,阻抗值由1824Ω增加至1951Ω;可以看出本實(shí)驗(yàn)自制防銹液對于鋼板耐蝕性的提高強(qiáng)于市場上所用的GCW-1防銹液。同時(shí),自主配置的防銹液對于熱軋鋼板、冷軋鋼板都有較理想的防銹能力。最后將本實(shí)驗(yàn)所制備的防銹液進(jìn)行損耗實(shí)驗(yàn),原防銹液中緩蝕物質(zhì)耗損一半后,仍具有較好的防銹性能,當(dāng)繼續(xù)損耗至四分之一時(shí),防銹性能變差。最后將本實(shí)驗(yàn)制備的防銹液用于熱軋板生產(chǎn)過程中的1000℃除鱗工藝和400℃冷卻工藝中,結(jié)果表明使用防銹液進(jìn)行處理時(shí),在提高熱軋板表面狀態(tài)的同時(shí),還會(huì)進(jìn)一步提高熱軋板的耐蝕性能。
[Abstract]:During storage and transportation of steel plate materials, corrosion will occur due to contact with corrosive media such as air moisture and oxygen. According to statistics, the annual economic losses caused by corrosion account for about 4% of the total GDP in China. Taking 2015 as an example, the total GDP of our country is 67.6708 trillion, of which the loss caused by material corrosion is 2.7068 trillion yuan. Therefore, the corrosion protection technology of metal materials is a far-reaching and worthy of study. Water-based antirust solution is a kind of corrosion inhibitor added in aqueous solution. The surface of the metal treated with it will form a protective film which can prevent the matrix from contacting with the corrosive medium and thus slow down the occurrence of corrosion. In this experiment, the performance of the main corrosion inhibitor, auxiliary corrosion inhibitor and auxiliary corrosion inhibitor in the antirust solution was studied. The formula of the antirust solution is o aminobenzoic acid 1.7 g / L, sebacic acid 1.4 g / L, cinnamic acid 1.2 g / L, alcohol W 15 ml / L, urea 6 g / L, additive A 1.5 g / L 1 ml / L OP-10 1 ml / L defoamer 1 ml / L EDTA.
