無心車床空心主軸系統(tǒng)振動特性分析及結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化

【摘要】:利用Pro/E建立了空心主軸單元的三維模型,采用ANSYS對空心主軸單元進行了振動特性分析。通過在空心主軸上選取的6個關(guān)鍵節(jié)點,并取前軸承不同位置,對比分析不同前軸承位置時的固有頻率及相應(yīng)6節(jié)點處的振動特性,得到如下結(jié)論:刀具和調(diào)刀套節(jié)點處的振動對棒材加工精度影響最大,并在此基礎(chǔ)上對空心主軸結(jié)構(gòu)進行優(yōu)化,提高了加工精度。
[Abstract]:The three-dimensional model of hollow spindle unit is established by Pro/E, and the vibration characteristic of hollow spindle unit is analyzed by ANSYS. By selecting six key nodes on the hollow spindle and taking the different positions of the front bearing, the natural frequencies and the vibration characteristics of the corresponding 6 nodes are compared and analyzed. The conclusions are as follows: the vibration at the joint of cutter and cutter sleeve has the greatest influence on the precision of bar machining. On this basis, the hollow spindle structure is optimized and the machining accuracy is improved.
