多孔YSZ涂層的制備和可磨耗性

【摘要】:采用等離子噴涂方法在Ni718合金表面制備氧化釔穩(wěn)定氧化鋯(YSZ)涂層,通過在YSZ噴涂粉末中分別加入10%,30%和50%(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù),%)表面包覆Ti O2的聚苯酯材料,涂層平均孔隙率從原來的2.1%分別提高到12.3%,28.5%和29.7%,孔隙的平均直徑從原來的4.2μm分別變?yōu)?4.4,18.5和25.4μm.隨著孔隙的增多,涂層的表面洛氏硬度下降,同時涂層在刮磨過程中的摩擦力和摩擦系數(shù)下降.當(dāng)孔隙率由2.1%上升到30%左右時,涂層在刮磨過程中的磨耗質(zhì)量上升3倍左右,相對應(yīng)的轉(zhuǎn)動銷質(zhì)量損失下降約50%.結(jié)果表明,孔隙率的提高使得涂層的可磨耗性上升.
[Abstract]:Yttrium oxide stabilized zirconia (YSZ) coating was prepared on the surface of Ni718 alloy by plasma spraying. By adding 10%, 30% and 50% (mass fraction,%) surface of polyphenyl ester with Ti O2, the average porosity of the coating was increased from 2.1% to 12.3%, 28.5% and 29.7%, respectively, from the original 2.1%. The average diameter of the pores was 4 from the original YSZ. .2 mu m changed into 14.4,18.5 and 25.4 M. respectively. With the increase of pore, the surface Rockwell hardness of the coating decreased, while the friction and friction coefficient of the coating decreased. When the porosity increased from 2.1% to about 30%, the wear quality of the coating increased about 3 times in the scraping process, and the relative quality loss of the corresponding rotating pin decreased by about 50%. The results show that the wear resistance of the coating increases with the increase of porosity.
