高壓油泵凸輪軸激光增材制造梯度耐磨層研究

【摘要】:為改善高壓油泵凸輪軸的耐磨性能與工作可靠性,采用5 kW CO_2激光器、四軸聯(lián)動數(shù)控機床及載氣式同軸送粉系統(tǒng)等設備對復雜形貌高壓油泵凸輪軸進行激光增材制造梯度耐磨涂層工藝研究。通過梯度耐磨涂層結(jié)構設計、凸輪邊緣防塌陷工裝研制與凸輪運動軌跡控制等關鍵技術的研究,實現(xiàn)了均勻無缺陷且凸輪邊緣保護良好的高硬度梯度耐磨涂層的制備。同時,利用掃描電鏡、X射線衍射儀、顯微硬度計及光學顯微鏡等分析、測試儀器對梯度耐磨涂層宏觀形貌與微觀組織進行表征。利用高壓噴油泵試驗臺對激光增材制造與滲碳淬火處理凸輪軸進行使用壽命對比考核測試。結(jié)果表明,梯度涂層中主要由γ-Co固溶體、Co_3B及M_(23)C_6等相組成;其中過渡層與耐磨層還存在WC與W_2C形式的增強相,微觀組織主要表現(xiàn)為灰白色共晶組織與深灰色枝晶組織;梯度涂層與基體形成良好的冶金結(jié)合;增材處理后的凸輪表面耐磨損性能明顯提高,使用壽命較滲碳淬火凸輪軸提高約65%。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the wear resistance and reliability of camshaft of high pressure oil pump, a 5 kW CO_2 laser is used. Four-axis linkage NC machine tool and gas-carrying coaxial powder feeding system were used to study the fabrication of gradient wear-resistant coating on camshaft of high-pressure oil pump with complex morphology. Through the research on the structure design of gradient wear resistant coating, the development of anti-collapse tool for cam edge and the control of cam motion path, the preparation of uniform and non-defective high hardness gradient wear resistant coating with good edge protection is realized. At the same time, the macroscopic morphology and microstructure of the gradient wear-resistant coatings were characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM), microhardness tester and optical microscope. Using the high pressure fuel injection pump test rig, the service life of camshaft produced by laser and Carburized quenching was compared and tested. The gradient coating formed a good metallurgical combination with the substrate, and the wear resistance of the cam surface after the treatment of the increased material was obviously improved, and the service life of the camshaft was increased by about 65% than that of the camshaft after Carburizing and quenching.
