316L不銹鋼耐蝕性能的回歸正交試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:在吸收式熱泵工況條件下,采用二次回歸正交設(shè)計(jì)研究了熱泵用管材316L不銹鋼在熱網(wǎng)水中的點(diǎn)蝕電位Eb關(guān)于溫度、Cl-濃度和p H值的關(guān)系,建立了三元二次回歸模型。結(jié)果表明,各因素對316L不銹鋼點(diǎn)蝕電位影響的顯著程度為p H值溫度Cl-濃度,且溫度與p H值、Cl-濃度與p H值的交互作用較為明顯。溫度與Cl-濃度對點(diǎn)蝕電位影響負(fù)相關(guān),而p H值則正相關(guān)。隨溫度的升高,其顯著性在減弱,當(dāng)高于75℃時(shí),溫度對點(diǎn)蝕電位影響則正相關(guān)但作用微弱。p H值的顯著性明顯且隨p H值增大而增大。熱網(wǎng)水中Cl-濃度較小,其對316L不銹鋼的腐蝕無顯著性影響。在熱泵運(yùn)行過程中應(yīng)注意熱網(wǎng)水p H值與溫度的變化,把p H值控制在10.5及其以上為宜。
[Abstract]:Under the condition of absorption heat pump, the relationship between the pitting potential of 316L stainless steel for heat pump in hot net water and pH value was studied by quadratic regression orthogonal design, and a ternary quadratic regression model was established. The results show that the significant effect of various factors on pitting potential of 316L stainless steel is the pH value temperature Cl- concentration, and the interaction between temperature and pH value Cl- concentration and pH value is more obvious.
