The cast-penetration process with a tellurium coating is a useful special casting process. In this paper the effect of the constituent elements of the tellurium coating on the thickness of the white iron is studied and the appropriate coating composition is selected for the winches and rollers used on fishing boats. The process proposed produces an ideal complex material with a tough grey iron core inside and a hard and anti-wear white iron layer of 1-2 mm on the surface.

碲涂料鑄滲工藝是一項(xiàng)經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)用的特種鑄造工藝。本文探討了碲涂材料成份對(duì)產(chǎn)生白口層厚度的影響,選定適用于漁輪穩(wěn)車頭、立輥等鑄件的合理配方,使其表面產(chǎn)生1～2毫米高硬度,耐磨損的白口層,其心部仍為韌性較好的灰口鐵。這是一種表面耐磨心部強(qiáng)韌的理想復(fù)合材料。

The development tendency of foundry nja.chin.ery outside the country has been presented in the field of molding and coremaking, sand preparation, melting and pouring, shake-out and fettling, special casting. The develop-ment direction of foundry machinery in our country was advanced. Some suggestions are made on how to choose the foundry machinery and how to develop them in our country.In this paper, recommendations for various foundry machinery are also given.

介紹了國(guó)外在造型、制芯,砂處理、熔煉澆注、落砂清理、特種鑄造等方面設(shè)備的發(fā)展趨勢(shì);提出了我國(guó)鑄造機(jī)械的發(fā)展方向,并對(duì)如何選擇鑄造機(jī)械及怎樣發(fā)展我國(guó)鑄造機(jī)械提出了幾點(diǎn)建議.文中,還對(duì)各種鑄造設(shè)備提出了一些結(jié)論性意見(jiàn).
